Return and Exchange Policy:

All products will only be exchanged or refunded if the product is damaged, defective, or faulty. All items need to be unworn, in original packaging with tags attached. Change of mind is not applicable to the return & exchange policy.

Timeframe for Claims:

Please make sure that you send in your request within 3 days of receiving your order. No requests will be entertained after 3 days of delivery.

Return Process:

Once your request has been approved, you will simply courier the item back to us. We will provide you with the necessary details when you email or message us.

Shipping Costs:

We apologize, but we cannot refund any shipping costs, except in the following cases:

• If the item was damaged when received by the customer.
• If the wrong item was delivered.
• If promotional free shipping is being offered. In all other cases, you (the customer) will be responsible for bearing the cost of sending the item back to us.

Sale Items:

Sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Cancellation of Orders:

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing us at help@welcometoys.pk. Please read our Customer Care Section for more details.

Please Note:

• Any items that have been worn, used, or altered will not be exchanged.
• Tags and labels must be intact.
• Summer stock will be exchanged only with summer items & winter items only with winter stock.

Brand Cancellation:

The brand, with some legitimate reason, has the right to cancel the order.
